We are looking to recruit an Empty Homes Co-Ordinator to be responsible for the management, monitoring and control of empty homes in order to meet housing demand in an efficient way. By working collaboratively with teams across the council, the Empty Homes Co-Ordinator will ensure income and efficiencies are maximised, performance meets set targets and services are delivered effectively.
About you
You will have:
• excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload within agreed targets
• the ability to analyse complex reports and data to provide relevant and effective resolutions
• experience of communicating effectively and managing expectations in all formats.
