We are looking for two roles to deliver our collection services.
As a LGV Driver you will be required to ensure that we deliver the best services we can to our residents and other customers. The refuse and recycling service is high profile and public facing and you will need to be able to show an ability to supervise and manage the services you are responsible for every week to a high standard.
As a Driver you will be responsible for the health, safety and general welfare of your team and yourself whilst ensuring the Council’s values, expected behaviours and customer care are maintiained at all times.
As part of maximum four person crew size you will be required to undertake collection services and loader duties as part of the daily scheduled work of domestic refuse and recycling including organic waste collections.
Trade refuse and recycling /commercial waste from:
(a) Various types of shops, hotels, restaurants
(b) Hospitals, schools and other institutions
(c) Factories and trading establishments
