About the Apprenticeship:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a payroll apprentice to join our in-house HR and Payroll team.
Alongside studying towards an NVQ level 3 in Payroll Administration the successful apprentice will undertake on the job learning in the following areas:
• Providing administrative support to the HR and payroll team.
• Assisting employees and stakeholders via phone, face-to-face, and email.
• Updating and maintaining the HR and Payroll Information System.
• Processing of documentation related to employees in compliance with legislation.
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information processing.
• Contributing to payroll projects and activities.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need to enjoy working with numbers, and people. You will have good attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.
To be considered for this role you will need to have :
• Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade C or above), including Maths and English.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
