ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will provide technical and administrative support to the department
- Word processing, scanning, data inputting, all of which must be accurate for the production of statistical information and reporting
- Taking payments and processing invoices
- Working across a number of sections within the department


ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
- Computer literacy across a wide range of programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to quickly adapt to using other software packages with strong keyboard skills
- The ability to multi task across different sections within the department and be a valued team member
- Excellent communication skills and first class customer care qualities
- Work under pressure meeting deadlines with accuracy and in line with statutory requirements
