ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to build a dynamic and high-performing workforce at Stevenage Borough Council. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet our strategic objectives by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will have the opportunity to create and implement effective recruitment strategies and design comprehensive L&D programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance


ABOUT YOU
We are on the hunt for a candidate who:
• Has proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Can oversee the full recruitment cycle and collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers.
• Is adept at managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Possesses knowledge of employment laws and can track and analyse recruitment metrics.
• Excels in managing and enhancing employer brand and creating engaging recruitment materials.
• Has experience leading apprentice and graduate programs.
• Is skilled in leading the learning and development function and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
