ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Planner to join the Repairs and Maintenance team to be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of responsive repairs through the Dynamic Resourcing Scheduling system (DRS) for a number of trade persons providing excellent service delivery to all customers while ensuring maximum efficiency and maintaining key performance indicators.

The post holder will act as the main contact for Customers, Customer Service Centre, and other colleagues to progress responsive repairs through to satisfactory completion. They will be flexible, approachable, and be keen to work well with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues, providing cover for other Planners when required.

The successful candidate must be a proactive, well-organised individual with a good knowledge of social housing, preferably in a responsive repairs or maintenance department. You will have a passion for ensuring customers are at the heart of what we do, so you will need to be a good communicator.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience of undertaking daily diary scheduling for numerous trades persons on the DRS system (or similar), make timely real time adjustments to trades persons work plans.
• Proven organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ensure service continuity during team absences.
• A flexible approach to work with the ability to work methodically under pressure while meeting strict deadlines with a minimum of supervision and manage own workload.
• Commitment to personal development and improving service delivery.
• Knowledge of building construction, building services, would be an advantage
