ABOUT THE ROLE
• A great opportunity to lead on organisation-wide, high-profile ICT initiatives that will shape the future of how our shared service operate and deliver value to our end users. You will introduce business change across our shared service in Cyber, Infrastructure and Networks projects.
• We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within our Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, managing priorities, and co-ordinating the work of the project team, stakeholders and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the delivery of ICT projects from discovery to deployment using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
• Managing the rollout of Cyber, Infrastructure and Network projects across the estate.
• Co-ordinating Go-Lives - ensuring business units\service departments transition smoothly.
• Management of cross-functional teams across both organisations.
• Managing project plans, risk, issue and change registers, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an [ICT] Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully managing technology projects in complex environments. You will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure the success of our initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Experience in IT project management, preferably within local government or the public sector.
• Practical experience and application of Prince 2, Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
