ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting development opportunity within the Income Services Team. You will deliver a high quality customer-focussed within a performance management framework.

You will be

• responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and transactional support the Income Services Team.
• responsible for income collection and arrears recovery, ensuring performance delivery against targets.
• ensuring that customers with debt are contacted promptly, and repayment arrangements are monitored effectively.
• liaising with customers, colleagues and other teams proactively and in response to enquiries.
• Updating and maintaining databases and records relating to the customer and the income service.
• running of reports and analysing information, understanding, and providing relevant information to seniors, colleagues, or other teams.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:
• High level of attention to detail.
• experience in a customer facing service, with excellent communication skills.
• ability to manage a busy workload.
• resilience and great teamwork skills
• a dynamic, pro-active, and creative approach
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• determination to achieve targets.
• experience in dispute resolution
• Negotiating skills to make sustainable and reasonable payment plans.
• Experience and competent user of Microsoft suite
