ABOUT THE ROLE
• To coordinate and promote involvement opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to participate with us in a constructive way and help us shape the delivery of housing services.
• To plan, organise, co-ordinate and facilitate consultation events, panel meetings, Community Audits and other activities relating to the success of resident engagement.
• Assist with the capture of feedback from tenants and leaseholders via consultation, surveys and focus groups.
• Provide excellent customer care and remove any barriers to residents engaging in services, events or promotional activities.
• Take an active role in developing communication and information plans to keep tenants and leaseholders up to date on services.

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate:
• Customer focussed and has the ability to take ownership and use initiative. Will have a strong belief in providing outstanding Customer Service.
• Previous experience within the Housing sector or a customer facing environment.
• Demonstrate good IT skills, accurately and efficiently input, retrieve and amend data in the relevant systems
• Have a basic knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Have excellent time keeping skills, a flexible approach, and good written and verbal communication skills.
