About the Role

- To oversee void works carried out by contractors onsite to Council owned void properties.
- Working closely with Building Surveyors to identify and resolve any lettable standard issues with void properties.
- To ensure the Council reduces void times, rental loss and waiting times for new Tenants.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of managing programmes of work to achieve agreed outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Holds a current building trade qualification of level 3 or above.
- Knowledge of the housing sector.
