ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive utility bills recharge service to tenants and leaseholders.
• Work closely with Finance Team and the budget holder to ensure adequate annual accruals and profiling of spend against budgets is completed within the specified time frames.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure that meters are read regularly whilst monitoring and investigating the Flat block’s energy consumption and acting accordingly.
• Provide a consistent approach to scrutinising and challenging utility invoices with providers and the lead on reviews and developments of any new policies and procedures relating to utility charges management.

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have

• A keen eye for detail.
• Experience in database and information management.
• Ability to provide an organised consistent approach.
• Ability to gather, scrutinise and collate lots of data.
• To understand and challenge invoices with providers.
• Lead on reviews and developments of any new policies and procedures relating to utility charges management.
• Work well alone and with other teams to achieve objectives.
