ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking a dynamic and enthusiastic person, ideally with a background in waste management, to join the exciting and busy Environmental Policy and Development team. The post-holder will develop and implement a range of educational and public engagement initiatives aimed at increasing participation in recycling schemes and raising awareness of a range of environmental / sustainability issues.
Working with colleagues, schools, community groups, Herts Waste Partnership, volunteers and elected members you must have a genuine commitment to environmental improvement and achieving more sustainable waste management practices.
