ABOUT THE ROLE

The Caretaking team work on over 500 communal areas in Stevenage. From cleansing and window cleaning to safety checks this is a busy area. We have an opening for a supervisor in this exciting team. This is a team that has pride in what it delivers, and you will be pivotal in maintaining and further driving high standards. The role requires a large percentage of the day being mobile and attending the areas we work in.

ABOUT YOU

You will understand caretaking in communal areas. You will help drive our standards and manage a team of caretakers. A driving licence and a vehicle for work use is essential. You will understand IT packages and monitor quality of daily data returns. An eye for detail and maximising resource. You will be customer focussed and understand how to deliver value for money.
