ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will act as a professional and caring first-point-of-contact, providing help and advice to customers with a diverse range of queries, questions and situations.

The position is based in our Customer Service Centre, just a moment’s walk away from Stevenage bus and train stations in the town centre.

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate:

• Customer focussed and has the ability to take ownership and use initiative. Will have a strong belief in providing outstanding Customer Service, understand the needs of the customer quickly and help them receive the service that is right for them.
• Demonstrate good IT skills, accurately and efficiently input, retrieve and amend data in the relevant systems, sometimes at speed and under pressure and have a basic knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Have excellent time keeping skills, a flexible approach, and good written and verbal communication skills.
• The Centre is open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (maximum of 8 hours a day with paid breaks).
