We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Arborists to work as Lead Operatives to undertake arboricultural works within our Grounds Maintenance team.

Responsible for our approx. 30,000 tree stock, you will be required to lead small teams and complete tasks such as crown pruning, reductions, pollards and tree felling.

Experience within the field of arboriculture is required, along with NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38 and CS39 qualifications, or equivalent. Additional qualifications such as CS32 and MEWP are desirable

The role will be responsible for leading teams to undertake diverse and variable tasks depending on the function, implementing sound industry practices, competent machinery operation and safe systems of work to a professional standard of service delivery.

Experience in the industry is essential with an ability to build strong team relations, using initiative to problem solve and a keen eye for detail to ensure a high standard or work is completed.
