ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Disrepair, Damp & Mould Manager, you will lead the in-house team and provide effective management of our damp and mould cases as well as all disrepair claims. Using a proactive approach and your expertise to reduce the number of overall cases.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience of Disrepair and case management
• An understanding of the fitness for Habitation Act, Housing Law, Landlord and Tenant act, proposals outlined in Awaabs Law.
• Extensive experience of working inline with the disrepair pre-action protocol
• Knowledge of damp and mould within all types of building construction
• Strong people management
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contract Management experience
• Strong analytical skills, using data to drive improvement across all service of assets
• Customer focussed, ensuring they are at the heart of our decision making
